You know, I enjoyed what you were doing until you started suddenly removing posts, changing your site around, and blatantly copying other blogs. You were a good, no nonsense sort of blog, with current info and humorous comments. You reminded me of BPR. Why do you now feel the need to follow the flock? Have you run out of original ideas so soon? There are a lot of TC blogs out there...they are what they are, and each and every one has something different to offer. Honestly, if I have to decide which "photoshop/interview" blog to read, I'll go with the Gals...if I'm feeling mean as hell, I'll go with the Amuse-Biatches. And when I wanted the homey feel of TC cocktails and burgers, and comments with just the right amount of snark, made by those with their fingers on the pulse of the boards, I used to come to you...be yourselves. Win me back.
Sorry we disappointed ya Cali Boy. I assure you, we are copying nobody. Our "They Cook...We Roast" is a homage to Rungay, our heros and yes, they knew we were going to do it. We also had lots of help from BPR.
The blog is a work in progress and will probably change several more times. Try the archives for missing articles.
I was learning PSP for this blog weeks before we even had a name. We all worked on the blog for at least 6 weeks before going up.
As the great Kevin Smith says "Great minds think alike mothafucka" and Im sure you will see similar stuff on all the blogs mentioned at times.
So, bring the cheeseburgers and TC cocktails on over, lets discuss how hot Sam is, ok?
Forgot to say I agree, there are lots of TC blogs out there and they all rock. Plenty of room for us all. Its not a competition. Enjoy them all and have fun.
So far I see most of the TC blogs as being a work in progress and I am finding myself returning to this one more and more. Just as PR has several blogs, BPR seems to be PR central. There is a tone on some of the other blogs I do not particularly care for. I do like BPR because they carefully monitor the blog, yet allow true freedom of expression. Wed. nite looks interesting with some of the chefs being out of their comfort zone while preparing comfort food, ..should be a good episode. Happy Halloween to all!!!

Those who can, Blog. Those who can not become Blog Moms. Keep up the great work Chefs. We love your blog.
This kitchen tribute to T&L is definately my favorite kitchen.
Keep up the great work in progress. There is enough room for the Amazon.com and the Ebays of the Blog world.
