Loved the interview. I would trust Bourdain's review on food over anyone else's simply because he doesn't pull any punches. If it sucks, he'll say so just as he will say that it's great if it is. AB rules!!!

As always, Bourdain entertains with wit and intelligence. The man can do no wrong in my book. Thank gawd he got rid of his sarcastic tone from Season One's No Reservations, which was the only thing that grated on me.
