I just at at craftsteak in Vegas over the weekend and it was amazing! The waiter said that Tom is there twice a month. That man works hard.
I'm of two minds with respect to the Michelin ratings . . . on the one hand, Eric Ripert's magnificent Le Bernardin receives a well-deserved 3-Stars, while the Waltucks' equally superb and venerable Chanterelle receives none. Go figure?
I take Michelin's view with a certain amount of salt.
