We had Turducken last year. This year, we went with the traditional stuff--turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and so on. I hope you gals had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your loved ones. :)

As we are polish we have always cooked a duck and a turkey at Thanksgiving. First year that I did the duck, my grandmother who usually cooks it is getting older. Duck is hard to cook. Red cabbage on the duck and sauerkraut as a side dish. Stuffing, potatoes, Sweet potato casserole, corn, Green Bean casserole, My Uncles famous cranberry sauce (CBs walnuts and orange zest)
