For dessert, Ted makes a wonderful Tiramisu, one from Godiva chocolates. "You have to have dessert," Ted said, "I like to make truffles that are really easy to make".
and Ted's tip for the decor: "I’m not really a china and silver candlestick person. I think it’s more fun and more personal if it’s an eclectic mix of things. A little bit of high, a little bit of low"
