Chef Stephanie is from Stamford, CT and was the Chef/Owner of Scylla in Chicago until it closed in August of 07. Hmmmmmm?!?!



Chef Valerie is from Chicago and is a personal chef in Chicago. Another home town advantage?




Chef Zoi is from Seattle, WA and currently resides in San Francisco, CA where she is a Chef/Restaurant Consultant.
