I'm all for an all Euro head to head battle of four courses including dessert. That has been them for all the finals, why not this one. The big twist is they should have teenagers work their four piece brigade, since the talent level for this season is so low, this seems appropriate.
What do you all think about TC taking the next 10 months off from Top Chef so they can find some amazing talent out there. This season was pretty weak in talent.
What does every body think about a Top of the Top Chef Battle between the five winners? Go Hung!

I'm not going to explain to you why I edited your post, something my blog partner will tell you I'm normally very against, but I did it and will not hesitate to do it again.

Car-la, Car-la, Car-la! Ha ha, she saved the big guns for last. Hopefully, Carla will win it all. She has great talent, but she also has such a sweet personality, not cocky or obnoxious. Slow and steady wins the race, and Carla has played it just right.

I didn't think you could win Top Chef honors by cooking a frigging bowl of peas.....this is by far, the worse judging I have ever seen on Top Chef....cmon people...PEAS??? Fabio has more talent then this pea maker...anyday of the week.
If you are going to hand her Top Chef honors on a platter...make her work for it at least...with something more then a plate of peas. There is no way I can be the only one who agrees with this.PEAS>>>PEAS!! Give me a break already!

Did you taste the peas? Were you the Holy Ghost at the table no one saw? Jacques Pepin thought they were great. And it was just the side, not the only thing on the plate. And didn't Fabio win that challenge? Why are we condemning a whole season of judging on a plate that wasn't even judged the winner????
I hope Stefan win's he's truly a chef.
By the way I work for a big corporation in the US as a fine dining chef. Would I still be considered to get on the show or you don't deal with that?
