I also liked that Chef Keller seemed to be having a good time which made it fun to watch.
I don't know--I'm kind of hooked on Top Chef but this show didn't grab me for some reason.
Like this guy. The shower scene... there is a reason dorms recommend flip flops for the showers...

I think compared to regular Top Chef it does not have the same excitement I agree but it's a good filler to the next series.
