Other good news regarding Kevin -"Kevin Gillespie Named Bocuse d'Or Semi-Finalist"
The Bocus d'Or semi-finalists were announced this week and Kevin is on the list! The chefs were chosen by the U.S. foundation's board of directors: Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Jerome Bocuse. The U.S. semifinals are set for Feb. 6, 2010, at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. 24 teams (each consisting of a chef and his assistant) from around the world will meet at the Bocuse d'Or International Culinary Competition that takes place in Lyon, France, on Jan. 25 and 26, 2011.

Thanks for posting this. The announcement of fan favorite was last night at midnight and the result is still not posted at Bravo. Whoever thought it was a good to not announce the fan favorite at the reunion show was delusional.
Not a surprise that Kevin won. Who's bright idea was it to not announce Fan Fav. at the reunion episode? Aside from that, this has been the BEST TC season ever. Don't know if they can top it.
Agree they should have announced it during the show. Go Kevin GO, we loved you!!

I'm happy Kevin won, but I also do feel sad that Bryan walked away empty handed. I wish Kevin and Bryan the absolute best in all of their endeavors. Good Luck to you both!
I thought Kevin won a spot at Bocuse d'Or on a challenge this season. Am I missing something?
I cannot believe Kevin did not win. Michael is certainly not deserving of the Top Chef title, his cooking and his attitude are not worthy of the title.
But Bryan got the 'Vette!
I suspect the Bocuse d'Or won't revert to kindergarten-level gimmickry and saddle him with incompetent sous chefs and a mystery basket.
Does anyone know When the Boucuse d'Or challenge will be? Will it be televised?

well I for one and glad that Michael won,and yea its Kevin not his sous chefs fault he didn't win,not fair to place the blame on them,all they were their for was to help him,maybe she wasn't fast but at least she was helping,how rude to blame her over and over,she doesn't deserve it,and if Kevin is as good as you say he is,he didn't need to win with her help! I like Kevin but its so unfair to blame others but it was him who cooked the meal,she had nothing to do with that part!
