Richard Blais better brush up on his baby food recipes!

The Top Chef: All-Stars contestant and his wife Jazmin welcomed their second child, a baby girl, Saturday in Atlanta.

Blais took to his twitter page to announce the good news, posting an adorable pic of the family's new arrival.

"Welcome Embry Lotus Blais!" the Bravo chef, who owns the four star eatery Flip Burger Boutique, blogged.

Richard and Jazmin Blais are also parents to daughter Riley, 2 1/2.
